The AIPAP® method is a program of childbirth preparation classes: its objective is to improve the pregnant woman’s overall physical condition, and the mobility of pelvic articulations. During each class you will train and prepare all the muscles, ligaments and tendons which will be solicited during delivery. The program is composed of 10 group sessions (50 minutes each) with a total of 120 exercises.

  •  AIPAP classes are led by skilled midwives, specifically trained on the AIPAP methodology.
  • The recommendation is to attend at least one session per week
  • You will need around 10 weeks to capture all the benefits of the method.
  • You can start the program as of the second trimester, until the end of your pregnancy.
