REQUEST A GROUP CHANGE

Do you want to change schedule/facility?

For any change of time/day or facility, simply send us an email with your new time/day/location desire to info@penguinsbarcelona.com and we’ll get going. Remember that the groups that appear in blue on the web are available and the orange ones are the waiting lists.

• If you have chosen one of the groups in blue, it is very good news since it means that you already have the place. Simply send us an email to info@penguinsbarcelona.com indicating: new schedule and facility (Bonanova, Tuset, BetàniaPatmos or Sant Cugat)
• If you have chosen one of the groups in orange, you can register for the online waiting lists. We will automatically include you in a priority waiting list and as soon as a place is released in one of the selected groups we will contact you immediately. (We always suggest choosing a minimum of 2 times on the waiting list).

When is my baby ready for the next level?

From 0 to 3 years: when your little one is about to meet the age requirement to change level, we will contact you by email and we will indicate the next steps to follow.

Important: Recovery of cancelled classes: even if the student changes level, it is important to bear in mind that the system will only allow the recovery of pending classes at the current level, that is, at the level prior to the group change.

When is my child ready for the next level?

From the age of 3, the level change is defined by the student’s progression. When the student has acquired the skills to pass the level, the coordinator of the center will contact the family to propose a change of level.
