Susan Ritchie
Susan grew up in a small town in Britain and started swimming at a very early age, earning badge 2 miles with only 6 years. She won numerous medals, and qualified for the Commonwealth Games. With the Lincoln Vulcans Swimming Club, she swam with the olympic athletes Elizabeth Simmonds and Sophie Allen. She was then part of the Royal Air Force (RAF), where she became the youngest captain of the RAF swim team.
She was the youngest person in Wales to become the leader of the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA), which trains and certifies swimming instructors.
Susan loves to support others, and help them reach their maximum potential.
