PENGUINS cannot guarantee the recovery of canceled classes.<\/li>\n<li>The system allows you to book a make-up class only if you have previously cancelled the class, before the class. No make-up class can be booked if you have not cancelled it upfront.<\/li>\n<li>BANK HOLIDAYS: PENGUINS will be closed on all days which coincide with national, regional or local festivities. On those days the facility will not open, and it will not be possible to recover the class at another time.<\/li>\n<li>You can cancel your class until 4 hours before the class starts.<\/li>\n<li>For Baby 1\/2, White and Green Penguins: In the event that you have proceeded to a change of level, it is important to take into account that the system will allow you to recover the pending classes <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">exclusively at the current level<\/span>, i.e. at the level prior to the group change.<\/li>\n<li>Once the class is canceled, the system does not allow cancellation of the planned absence.
