Winter has arrived! It’s very cold suddenly … what a change, in very few weeks! Unfortunately, with the cold temperatures many babies and children have also caught cold, sometimes fever and coughing\u2026 it is a pity that they cannot attend their swimming lessons due to sickness! In Penguins we know the extreme importance of giving continuity in the classes: learning to swim is a long-term process, and we do not want your little ones to lose their classes without being able to recover them.<\/p>\n
This is the reason why the Penguins Team has worked hard to offer all families a new service for automatic recovery (\u201cmake-up\u201d) of classes<\/u>, for all babies and children up to 3 years, and pregnant women. <\/strong>From now on you can recover the classes of BABY PENGUINS, WHITE PENGUINS and AIPAP (pregnant women), as long as there are available slots in the classes.<\/p>\n It\u2019s simple! <\/strong>From now on, you will able to cancel\u00a0a class and book a make-up class at a later time, without needing to call or send an email to Penguins. With this new option of “MAKE-UPS”, you will be able to\u00a0cancel your attendance to your normal class and attend another class where a place has been freed-up by another family (always and exclusively for medical reasons).<\/p>\n To access this new functionality:\u00a0you first need to log-in your personal account through Penguins website, then enter \u201cHORARIOS Y RESERVAS\u201d (or directly\u00a0access via\u00a0https:\/\/penguins.app.keeptrack.dk\/user\/bookings<\/a>). You should then go to “My Bookings\u201d to cancel the specific class you cannot join; the system then gives you the possibility to book a make-up class at a different time (below, in the section \u201cMAKE-UPS\u201d).
