YOUR FIRST DAY AT PENGUINS

Welcome to Penguins! Before the first day of class, it is necessary to sign the SEPA document. What form is this and what is it for?

The SEPA Document will allow us to activate direct debit and collect the monthly fee automatically from your account. We only need you to fill in your data HERE: automatically and immediately you will receive an email to be able to digitally sign the document. Important: in the event that the receipts are returned for reasons unrelated to Penguins, Penguins will proceed to collect the pending fee (+5 euros surcharge for return receipt) on the credit card that was used at the time of registration. NB: you can always read our General Conditions.

What should I bring on the first day?

In water, for hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to use:

  • Swimming suit
  • Caps: Adults and children from 2 years old;
  • Clean swimming pool flip flops (or “anti-slip” socks for children under 3 years old);
  • Towel for the adult and/or the baby/child;
  • “Anti-leak” swimsuits (obligatory for infants up to 3 years): PENGUINS will provide the two anti-leak swimsuits required for hygiene reasons before the first class. They will be charged in cash or by credit card on the day of your first class.
  • PENGUINS will not supply plastic shoe covers, with the aim of reducing plastic waste and protecting the environment. We ask all customers (children and adults), parents or companions to come with clean pool flip flops to access the locker room and pool area. In the case you do not have flip-flops, PENGUINS will propose plastic shoe-coverat the cost of 0.50€. All the money will be given to the ECOMAR Foundation for the protection of the oceans.

We recommend not to bring valuable personal items (watch, swimming suit, computer, cameras…) ; PENGUINS will not be liable in case of loss or theft. Please read our General terms and Conditions of use for more information.

What swimsuits can I wear with my baby?

At Penguins, we do not use water diapers, as they are not 100% reliable when it comes to hygiene. We use a special anti-leak swimsuit made up of two pieces: they guarantee 100% water quality and hygiene, and help the baby move freely and thus fully enjoy their swimming class.

  • The swimsuit they wear underneath, directly in contact with the skin, has a unique design with three adjustable elastic bands that allow us to easily adapt it to our baby’s body, thus reducing the risk of “accidents” in the water.
  • The other piece is a neoprene that we place on top of the anti-leak swimsuit to ensure double protection. This provides protection in the water and ensures that small “accidents” remain in the wetsuit.

The use of both swimsuits is mandatory to carry out the classes at Penguins, to guarantee 100% water quality in all our classes. The swimsuits are available and for sale in all our PENGUINS centers. To clean them, you just need to rinse them with chlorine-free water; In the event that we want to wash it, wash it at 40º and do not use a dryer or iron.

Please read our General terms and Conditions of use for more information.
